Investors will be forced to respond to the new situation rather quickly: planning and construction of school buildings will have to be accelerated and the currently practised period of three to four years will need to be decreased to two to three years. Private investors will have to be attracted to cooperate together with the existing public investors of school buildings. Apart from the design of school space, more attention will have to be paid to the placement of schools within the environment.
