Nicht nur die Zahlungen zwischen Untemehmen und Anteilseignem zahlen, sondem samtliche mit dem Anteilsbesitz verbundenen Zahlungen. Dabei ergeben sich die Auszahlungen aus Zahlungen entweder direkt an das Untemehmen in Form von Kapitaleinzahlungen (z.
