Und nun zum dritten Schritt: 3. ": An sich ist dieses der einfachste der drei Planungstakte - vorausgesetzt, die ersten beiden sind sorgfaltig ausgefiihrt worden. Wenn wir wissen, wo wir stehen, und festgelegt haben, wo wir hin wollen, dann geht es jetzt "nur noch" darum, festzulegen, wer genau was, wann, wo, wie tun solI. Eine Prioritatenliste, ein Ablaufschema, ein Zeitplan, die Verteilung von Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten an die einzelnen Gruppen und Mitarbeiter - das alles ergibt sich bei guter Vorarbeit fast von selbst.
Wir haben es nun einmal mit einer Tatigkeit zu tun, die sehr komplex ist und sich langst nicht mehr auf Gehorchen und Befehlen beschrankt; und je mehr wir unseren Horizont erweitem, urn so mehr konnen wir das Verhalten der einzelnen in der Gruppe verstehen und damit Wege erkennen, urn effizienter zu "managen", das heiBt zu flihren. Nun zuruck zu den Organisationsprinzipien. Urn die im Untemehmensplan festgesetzten Ziele erreichen zu konnen, mussen Firrnen und Organisationen einen Rahmen und eine Struktur erstellen.

Die Mogliehkeiten, daB es bei Intentionen, bei Grundsatzpapieren bleibt, sind reiehlieh gegeben. Aber das ist kein Grund, es gar nieht erst zu versuehen! Also, an die Arbeit: AIle Managementtatigkeit griindet sieh auf Firmenpolitik und Firmenziele.
