The operation of knowing is the elemental methodical approach of hermeneutics and is mostly noticeable as contradiction to medical rationalization by way of the use of mathematical types. but knowing is the elemental manner within which people manage their daily perform, specifically through realizing other folks and social occasions. during this booklet the authors display how an integration of hermeneutical figuring out and clinical clarification should be performed through the development of appropriate geometrical types with neural networks of tactics of figuring out. during this experience the authors enhance a few form of mathematical hermeneutics. Connecting hyperlinks for the mixing of the 2 methodical poles are the advancements of specific types of man-made Intelligence (AI), that are capable of practice definite projects of understanding.

E. to generate a false impression. In this sense a young healthy man may “simulate” a sickness if he wants to avoid being enlisted into the army. He tries this by producing an image of his physical state that is “similar” to that of a real sick person. 22 Although in science and technology the term “simulation” is certainly not used with the meaning of pretending something that really is not the case a scientific simulation has also the aspect of the construction of representations that are similar to some original.

Systems where meta rules may change the rules of interaction. It is obvious that these tasks can only be performed if one has a sufficient knowledge about the probable meta rules and their effects on the rules of interaction. Although the mentioned problems are in the case of the simulation of adaptive systems even more difficult to solve than in the discussed cases simulations are also possible (cf. Klüver 2002). Yet for practical purposes, as the examples showed, it is frequently possible to restrict the simulation experiments to just self-organized systems.

Both rules explain the state 6 25 0, 2(0 + 1) = 2, 2(2+ 1) = 6. e. explain two different larger systems. A third even simpler rule would be “repeat the sequence after the first three steps”. Obviously this rule would generate 0 in the fourth step. We shall come back to this little example when dealing with the question of prediction. By the way, in theory of science this general problem is known as the problem of “conventionalism”. e. their validity is only provisional and that it is often not possible to decide at some time between different theories.
