The DAM field is growing and changing so quickly that participation in professional development activities is absolutely necessary in order to keep up with the technology and new processes. Constant professional development is not optional for a digital asset manager; it’s part of the job. Teaching DAM-Related Courses Critical to the successful adoption and integration of a DAM into the workplace is the availability and frequency of courses on how to use a DAM, how to upload and download assets, and how to get help with these tasks.
